We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, with all manuals and accessories included, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@nuvie.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

return obligation
If you exercise your right of cancellation or exchange, you will be responsible for the goods returned during postage and will therefore be liable to compensate us for the goods you have returned if they are damaged or lost in transit. Since you are responsible for the returned goods until they reach our warehouse, we recommend that you write down the package's tracking number.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days to process a return once the package has been received. Also, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
